This project is a children’s workbook based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) concepts. I was responsible for the illustration and layout design, aiming to make the activities visually engaging, age-appropriate, and easy to understand. The goal was to help young readers explore their feelings and thoughts in a fun and supportive way.
